To build an outdoor swimming pool and separate three car garage with office and room above to harmonize with a period building. Both buildings in brick with coursework of stone and all built to architect's specification. Project delivered on time and on budget.

Turn this football club owners property from a five bedroom house into a seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and using one of the old bedrooms to make a walk in wardrobe for the main bedroom with large games room and outside swimming pool.
Work was undertaken in Feb 09 and completed by the end of July 09.

Work was undertaken in may 2008 and completed by the end of august 2008.

Before this was a dark looking three bedroom house made into a very vibrant looking large four bedroom house with three bathrooms.
Work was undertaken in march 2007 and completed by October 2007.
