Private House
Surrey

Project involved:
Adding a second floor to a three bedroom bungalow.

We removed the whole roof and repitched it to give enough room for the second floor. We built four dorma windows as shown in picture two.

The property has been turned into a four bedroom house with study, playroom, large kitchen and dining room.

The entire project cost £150,000 which also included a brand new kitchen and shower room, a full electrical re-wire and full re-decoration.

The whole property was brand new upon completion.

Private House
Camberley, Surrey
Cost: £74,000

Project involved:
Knocking down part of the garage and rebuilding the area to create a two storey annexe comprising: bedroom, bathroom, landing and stairs leading down to new summer room.

The summer room is a large square room with heated, tiled floors and a double set of French doors to the garden.

There is a large dome shaped skylight in the ceiling which fills the room with light.

Health & Fitness Clubs

A major project to refurbish a chain of five fitness clubs at a cost of approximately £90,000 each.

The Clubs are located in Woodley, Peterborough, Reigate, Bracknell and Farnborough.

World Cargo Duty Free
Warehouse Flat Roof - Runneymede, Surrey

Old layers of felt and damaged boarding were removed and replaced from this 7,000 square metre roof. Environmental issues meant that the new roof had to blend in with the surrounding green belt land. All requirements were surpassed.
